Id like a refund

Overall, the app is quite good, but Im very disappointed at the fact that I spent $20.99 for 575 crack bucks. Now Im assuming the transaction went through because $20.99 has been taken from my account, but I have not yet been rewarded with 575 crack bucks. Is there anyway I can get my money back? If so please explain.
